What is Inner Circle and why should I attend?

By Phil Harwood

Once a year, something very special happens. Each April, the Snowfighters Institute holds a two-day educational and networking event for owners and senior managers. As the winter season is wrapping up, this is an excellent opportunity to discuss what is working well and what isn’t, where to invest time and resources for next winter, and to build new relationships.

Want to have this blog in podcast form?  Check it out here.

Inner Circle is purposefully limited in attendance so that attendees are more comfortable discussing industry trends, innovations, and strategies. A smaller group also promotes deeper relationship building. For April, 2024, attendance is limited to the first 25 who register.

The agenda for Inner Circle touches on all aspects of a snow business and discussions are focused on the specific areas of interest as determined by the attendees through a pre-event survey. Because of this, attendees of Inner Circle are able to obtain feedback from their peers on the subjects that concern them the most.

Inner Circle also brings together contractors with some of the premier suppliers in the snow industry. These leading suppliers are carefully selected by us because of who they are and what they bring to the industry. These are suppliers who are deeply interested in meeting you and hearing your perspective so that they can better serve your needs. Inner Circle presents an invaluable opportunity to get to know the people behind these brands.

In addition to the two full days of education and focused discussions, Inner Circle includes memorable tours, group dinners, and more. Inner Circle is held at a different location every year so that there is always something new and interesting to experience firsthand.

In 2023, Inner Circle was held in Tucson, Arizona at Caterpillar’s Mining Center, a state-of-the-art visitors center and regional offices for the company’s mining division. Attendees were provided a once-in-a-lifetime tour of the Tanaja Hills Demonstration and Learning Center, where they were able to interact with some of the world’s largest mining equipment. The 2023 event sold out early and many were turned away. So you will want to register now for 2024.

For 2024, Inner Circle will be held April 24-25 at the Caterpillar Visitor Center & Museum in Peoria, IL. Complete details of this upcoming event are available at SnowfightersInstitute.com. We hope to see you there.
