What would you say if I told you I would do all of your training for you from now on? You tell me what you need and I’ll deliver it. In addition, you wouldn’t have to interrupt production to have the training sessions. On top of that, I will train your subcontractors as well. And all of this training will be done at a price you will find to be shockingly low. Too good to be true? I promise you it is not. We can even get started for free if you’d like.
Training has always been a challenge for employers because there never seems to be enough time for it. Training is time-consuming and depletes other precious resources. Inevitably, training is short-changed or ignored, resulting in mistakes, misunderstandings, and unnecessary employee turnover. I get it. But there is a better way. And my offer stands. I will do your training for you. All you have to do is to say yes.
Here’s the deal. I used to travel all over North America to conduct training sessions. I still do sometimes, especially for certain events like Snowfighters Institute events -- which are amazing by the way. The in-person model has its place. But for regular, on-going training sessions, in-person training is being replaced with online training.
The benefits of online training are many. First, it is always available. Second, it is consistently high-quality and the same every time. Third, attendance and comprehension is measurable. Fourth, it is very affordable. Fifth, it is adaptable. The outdated training programs of the past were just the opposite -- sporadic, inconsistent, no qualitative aspect, expensive, and not flexible.
A few forward-thinking companies with deep pockets and extra time on their hands have developed their own in-house online training programs. But for the remaining 99% of companies, we have done the work for you. All you have to do is to say yes.
5-Day Training Challenge
I have a challenge for you to consider. Sign up for a free trial of GrowTheBench.com or enroll in one of our free courses. Then for 5 days use our system to train your people -- on our dime. Why five days? Monday - Friday is five days. Check us out for one week. Then, let me know how it went. Tell me what you need if we don’t have it. Let us know what we can do differently. My email is Phil@GrowTheBench.com.
If we can solve this training problem, we can check off a HUGE box and move onto other things in our businesses. All you have to do is to say yes.
Now go forth.
