Have you ever noticed that everyone seems to be searching for a silver bullet to solve their labor and production capacity issues. For the longest time, my response was that there was no silver bullet. Well, don’t tell anyone, but I found it. You’ll never guess what it is.

There are actually two opportunities to learn about the silver bullet. The first is June 26-27 at the Snowfighters Institute Operations Management event, hosted by Hot Pink De-Icer in Brighton, Michigan, just outside of Detroit. Hot Pink Deicer is a unique company with a dual mission: to provide property owners with a superior, safer, and less expensive deicer while supporting local families affected by breast cancer. When it’s time to use deicer, why not use the one that gives back to the community?
If you’re unable to attend June 26-27 in Michigan, Caterpillar is hosting a second Snowfighters Institute Operations Management event September 6-7 in Bensalem, PA, just outside of Philadelphia. At both locations, we will have facility tours and meet with product experts for Q&A. So, there are two opportunities to learn about the silver bullet.
Operations Management is all about snow OPS, which encompasses equipment, technology, site engineering, materials, and, of course, people. As you may suspect, the silver bullet has to do with people because we are facing the most significant labor crisis of our lifetimes. Anyone involved in operations or supervision at any level will benefit from attending this important industry event.
Our first Snowfighters event of 2023 - Inner Circle - sold out quickly and many were disappointed. Don’t let that happen to you. Register now by visiting SnowfightersInstitute.com and claiming your spot.
I hope you can attend or send a representative. You will be richly blessed.
Now go forth.
