The team is getting bigger. We are thrilled to announce that we have recently added two people to our team - Ellaine Ursuy and Grant Harrison. Please join us in welcoming them to our team!

Ellaine is a graduate of Central Michigan University with a major in Integrative Public Relations/Communication and a minor in Leadership Studies. She has 4 years of experience with InterVarsity Christian Fellowship and continues to work with students 30 hours a week. She will be supporting our marketing efforts and assisting with special projects.

Grant is a seasoned veteran in the landscape management / snow & ice management industry. He will be overseeing GrowTheBench peer groups and providing educational content. Based in Ontario, he will also be actively consulting and coaching through Pro-Motion Consulting in Canada.

Why are we growing? GrowTheBench is solving a significant problem by offering affordable, accessible, and quality professional development and education. As part of our community, we would like to have your input as we plan to add future courses. Many of you have submitted ideas for courses and presenters (thank you!) but some of you have yet to share your thoughts with us.
